Holistic Acupuncture Facial
Building upon the principles of traditional acupuncture, facial acupuncture is the focus of this holistic experience.
During this treatment, attention will be focused on facial acupuncture points to stimulate the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin. Encourages skin tone and lift, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and easing tension.
This targeted facial rejuvenation treatment is combined with body acupuncture points to support an overall internal balance.
Following a period of needle retention, facial cupping or gua sha will be utilized to further boost microcirculation and support lymph flow. Reduces local congestion, combats dullness, and bolsters a healthy glow.
A thoughtful selection of quality plant-based products are used during treatment.
Good For:
Fine lines, wrinkles, moderately sagging skin, sunken eyes, drooping lids, skin dullness, jaw pain, facial muscle tension, stress reduction, and relaxation.
Please note this is not a typical esthetics facial and does not include masks, extractions, or similar.
A series of 8-10 treatments, once per week, is recommended for best results. Packages are available.
Holistic Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenating treatment with roots in ancient East Asian healing techniques. Today, a motorized microneedling pen is utilized to create micro channels into the skin, which stimulate the body’s natural collagen and elastin fiber production.
These open micro channels also greatly increase the skin’s ability to deeply absorb products. An advanced growth factor serum is utilized during treatment to maximize the treatment’s healing potential and to amplify the collagen response.
Treatment includes light tuina and tuning fork therapy for relaxation and grounding, as well as application of a reparative hydrating face mask with soothing Traditional Chinese Medicine botanicals.
Details:
A numbing cream will be applied prior to treatment to minimize any potential discomfort. After the numbing cream wears off and following treatment, a sunburn-like sensation may be felt along with potential redness that will generally wear off after 24 hours.
Special consideration for skincare for the week following treatment will be discussed at the appointment. Please note that for scheduling purposes, it is recommended to stay out of direct sun and to not wear makeup for 24 hours following treatment.
One treatment per month is recommended for a series of 3-6 treatments. Packages are available.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture & microneedling are not appropriate for all skin conditions.

- Post face lift or facial surgery, recommend waiting 1 year
